Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your order. Please review our return and refund policy before making a purchase.

Hair Products

Hair products may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery only if they are completely unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging.

Hair is not eligible for return or refund if it has been:

  • Opened or removed from its original packaging in a way that prevents resale

  • Installed or worn

  • Washed or conditioned

  • Cut, trimmed, or altered

  • Colored, bleached, dyed, or chemically treated

  • Brushed, combed, or otherwise manipulated beyond normal inspection

  • Customized in any way

Custom or personalized wigs and hair units are final sale.

Lip Scrubs & Body Scrubs

For health, hygiene, and sanitary reasons, lip scrubs and body scrubs cannot be returned once opened, used, or if the safety seal has been broken.

Unused and unopened products may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery as long as they are in their original condition and packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos or video of the product and packaging

Once reviewed, we will determine whether a replacement, store credit, or refund is appropriate.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or sent incorrectly by us.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We are not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Items returned without approval or items that do not meet the requirements of this policy may be refused and returned to the customer.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale:

  • Used, worn, installed, washed, colored, cut, or altered hair

  • Custom or personalized hair units

  • Opened or used lip scrubs

  • Opened or used body scrubs

  • Gift cards, if offered

  • Any product specifically marked “Final Sale”
